Chengtai Xi Tech provides computer systems design, integrated systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology consulting services.

All content on our Site is owned by or licensed to Chengtai Xi Tech and protected by applicable laws.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of non-public information for five (5) years from disclosure.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, designate a point of contact, provide resources, review deliverables, and adhere to payment terms.
Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Services may be suspended for overdue accounts.
Chengtai Xi Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to fees paid in preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Chengtai Xi Tech from claims arising from your violation of these Terms.
Services are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties.
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice or immediately for uncured material breach.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes resolved through negotiation or CIETAC arbitration.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chengtai Xi Tech.
Invalid provisions shall be modified while preserving intent; remaining terms continue in force.
